Becoming a Leader

Do you dream of becoming a leader? Do you have what it takes to become a leader?  Well, you’ve come to the right place.

What is leadership?

Are leaders born or made?

Humm, this is perhaps one of the most puzzling questions.

Ok, I believe that nearly all kids are born with leadership traits. Leadership traits are most often silent and it takes time and determination to acknowledge these dormant traits.

Being a leader does NOT mean becoming a bully and you don’t have to be a geek.   Leaders are SERVENTS to their cause.

Though being a leader is never easy.   You have a lot of responsibilities

As a leader, you will have to put up with people of different interest and conflicting opinions.

Remember,

you want to be a leader not a dictator, ok?

Leadership is mostly serving. As a leader, one’s primary role is to assist his team to accomplish goals.

Great heroic leaders in history such as Gandhi and Martin Luther King had visions and passion for their visions.   A vision should provide a better place than where we are today.   A clear vision provides direction and establishes purpose.

Since you’re still listening, you really want to become a leader.

Ok, first start by having a role model to follow, and you should become a good role model for others to follow.

Remember,

‘do unto others as you would have others do unto you’.

Then you should follow my 7-Splendid Skills for Leadership.   These skills will create a path for you to become a special great leader.

Though you must be patient and persistent.

Believe in yourself, say: ‘Yes, I Can’
